As part of our comprehensive Building Fabric Service, we are suitably equipped to provide a full fit-out service to our clients. Our team are able to construct the internal layout of the building along with the fixtures and finishes according to your particular specification.

OAKLANDS MANOR, BUXTON 2024

A £580K 16 week refurbishment of a country manor house to provide a new eight bedroom activity and intervention centre.

To fit in with the local and environment and planning consent the work included;

  • external repairs to a slated roof
  • leadwork
  • stonework walls.

Internally refurbishment included;

  • full strip out and refurbishment of bathrooms,
  • showers,
  • kitchen,
  • bedrooms,
  • offices,
  • activity areas.
  • replacement of gas boilers and radiators,
  • new lighting scheme throughout,
  • fire and security systems.
ASHLEY SCHOOL, ALTRINCHAM 2023

A £440K 20 week adaption and refurbishment works of a former primary school to create a modern 26 placement specialist care school.

The project involved;

  • some structural adaptions,
  • a full fit out to classrooms,
  • toilet facilities,
  • a new heating system,
  • full re-wire of power and lighting circuits,
  • new fire alarm,
  • CCTV and controlled door access system.  
PICKMERE RESIDENTIAL EXTERNAL ESSENTIAL REPAIRS

A £50K 4 week project to carry out external repairs to a listed building The works involved;

  • brick work repairs to the chimney stacks,
  • sealing around windows,
  • gutter and render repairs to combat damp issues in the solid outer walls, whilst the property remained occupied.
BLACKWHITEDENIM SHOP WILMSLOW. 20233

A £40K Grant financed environmentally sustainable project to reduce energy usage. It included;

  • loft insulation installation,
  • draughtproofing windows and doors,
  • air conditioning improvements,
  • solar shading to a commercial property.
FUTURE SKILLS BUILDING, SALFORD CITY COLLEGE, SALFORD 2019

A £750K 13 week fit out of the first floor of a building. This project included;

  • classroom creation,
  • toilets and washrooms,
  • staffroom facilities,
  • installation of a lift facility
  • external steel fire escape whilst fitting out a totally empty floor above a live teaching environment below us on the ground floor.
