Reactive & Planned Maintenance

Planned Maintenance

Traditionally, Building Fabric maintenance has been largely dealt with on a reactive basis. However, this can not only be disruptive to your normal daily routine, but also severely depreciate the value of your assets through deterioration. It can prove much more cost-effective to perform regular planned maintenance that minimises the risk of failure and thus the need for costly reactive repair work. Not only does this mean that your building fabric is less prone to failure, but it can also increase its lifetime by protecting and maintaining it strategically.

Reactive Maintenance

Of course, unplanned events and faults are unavoidable and it is inevitable that from time to time you will need reactive repairs to be carried out. Our dedicated and experienced team are strategically located to be on-site within 4 hours in most cases in order to carry out repairs as necessary. In many cases, time is of the essence in getting a repair carried out, which is why we’re dedicated to providing a rapid response service when you need it.
