Our Dedicated Team
All of our accredited gas-safe, steam-trained engineers are experienced and knowledgeable, with many of them having worked with EPT for over a decade. Our whole ethos as a company revolves around supplying the right solution the first time and working quickly and efficiently to ensure we leave each and every client with a system that not only meets their needs, but exceeds them.
Efficiency and Sustainability
In the modern world, ensuring an efficient and sustainable design is not only a conscientious decision, but many businesses are also obligated by legislation to reduce emissions wherever possible. As such, we always strive to produce systems that function at maximum capacity whilst minimising the environmental impact of the building as a whole. This can help to further your green credentials and achieve lower greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
Additionally, this approach can also help to save businesses thousands of pounds in the long term which had previously been spent on inflated energy costs. None of this is done at the expense of comfort and functionality.
Heating & Plumbing Maintenance
Our team are on hand to ensure that your investments are thoroughly maintained according to all current legislations and beyond.
What’s included during maintenance?
As part of your maintenance schedule, we perform a full check of the system in question, as well as a thorough clean and an assessment of how it’s performing to determine whether or not we need to carry out any preventative work to avoid failure in the future. Each maintenance visit is dependent upon the current state of the system and its type. You can rest assured knowing that after each visit, we will ensure that your mechanical systems are running at the optimum level.
What systems do EPT maintain?
At EPT, we’re comfortable working with a wide range of wet-based mechanical systems and have the knowledge and experience necessary to ensure longevity in protecting your assets through preventative maintenance. Systems include, but are not limited to:
- Complete Heating Systems
- Ventilation Systems
- Boilers
- Cylinders
- Water Tanks
- Hot & Cold Water Systems
- Chlorifiers
- Air Handling Units
- Heating Coils
- Overdoor Heaters
- Water Tanks
- Extraction
Benefits of a proactive maintenance schedule
There are many reasons to ensure that all mechanical systems have a scheduled maintenance programme, not least of all because many systems are subject to strict legislation that requires them to be checked regularly.
Regular maintenance also minimises the risk of faults and the need for unplanned repairs which can have an impact on your business. Not only that, but regular maintenance can also help to keep your systems as energy efficient as possible, saving you money in the long term.

First-time fix
Providing the right repair the first time relies on preparation and training, which is why we invest heavily in both. In terms of preparation, we always ensure that our engineers have fully loaded vans ready to go at a moments notice, complete with tools, parts and equipment. Our internal training and development efforts mean that our engineers are always up-to-date with the most modern techniques and systems across all major manufacturers.
If for any reason we can not provide an on-site fix the first time, we will do everything we can to provide temporary measures whilst we take your system off-site for repairs or replacement. Our aim is to always minimise disruption and downtime to keep your business running smoothly.
Quality of service
We’ve built our business not only on providing the highest level of service but also on providing the best quality. Our teams are all personable and professional with a real desire to deliver the best for our customers at all times. This stems from our commitment to care and always looking for new and innovative ways that we can add value for our customers. We never cut corners and always seek to implement repairs that will stand the test of time, no quick fixes.
