The agreement covers planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive support for central heating and hot water systems across multiple sites in Manchester and Liverpool. It covers Central Heating & Hot Water Maintenance in multiple large Student Accommodation Blocks.

Scope of the Contract

Under the new agreement, EPT will provide:

  • Compliance Assurance: Full documentation aligned with industry standards and Unite’s internal audit requirements
