Planned Preventative Maintenance

With one of the most talented service teams in the industry, EPT is best placed to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for all of your mechanical, electrical, building fabric and air conditioning systems. Our team of expert engineers will agree a regular maintenance programme with you that will reduce the risk of component failure and the need for reactive repair work. 

During a scheduled PPM, we’ll give the equipment in question a thorough check and clean before repairing or replacing any required components. All work carried out is done so in accordance with strict regulations and quality standards.
