Available 365 days of the year, customers at EPT get the benefit of our rapid 24/7 emergency callout service. We make it our business to maximise your uptime and do everything we can to get a qualified and experienced engineer out to you when you need one. 

Our callout service offers our customers the peace of mind that we can have an engineer on-site within 4 hours with a fully stocked van prepared to carry out the required work. 

Qualified service technicians 

Our lines are manned 24/7 by trained staff who will be able to help source the right solution for you. All repairs are carried out by our fully qualified, in-house service technicians who are on the road within 30 minutes of being contacted and on-site within 4 hours. 

Not only are our service technicians highly skilled and trained in the latest techniques, they’re also friendly and personable. We often get feedback that it’s a pleasure to have our technicians working on-site. 

First time fix 

We aim to provide a first time fix every time. Our technicians maintain fully stocked vans with all of the parts and tools required and undergo regular training. Our extensive experience means that we are able to get systems back up and running quickly in most cases. 

On the rare occasion that we can’t provide a first time fix and major repairs are required, we’ll provide you with an instant quotation to keep you in control. In the event we need to take systems off-site for repairs we’ll always seek to leave you with a temporary solution.
