Site Survey and Design 

During the design phase, we offer a non-intrusive site survey of any existing electrical infrastructure and associated surrounding environments. We meticulously plan the location of the switchgear and equipment taking into consideration, access, cooling, extraction and the maintenance of the power systems. We then provide the optimum solution for your requirements and budget.

We also work with all manufacturers and assure a brand-neutral approach. As part of the design phase, we will ensure we work within your guidelines to achieve the most efficient solution that minimises any potential risk of failure during the loss of power. We’ll provide drawings and schematics with accurately matched systems. 

Installation 

It’s essential that you have all UPS and generators installed by qualified and experienced professionals. We’ll consider all factors within the environment, such as soundproofing, interfacing with existing systems, cooling and ventilation if required. We’ll undertake the design plans and offer solutions with minimal disruption to your business.

We also offer replacement of batteries, upgrade of batteries and additional batteries to accommodate the ever changing client’s power requirements.

Commissioning

All UPS and generator systems installed by EPT are subjected to stringent testing and commissioning to ensure that they are not only fully operational, but also working to maximum efficiency. We never leave a site without first ensuring that the systems we have installed are 100% safe and running smoothly and efficiently.

Servicing and repairs 

We can provide a regular servicing schedule to ensure your UPS and generator systems are always working at maximum capacity and to minimise the risk of failure. If you require repairs we have a 365 day 24/7 hour rapid call out service and aim to be on-site within 4 hours subject to the type of contract. We aim to provide a first-time on-site repair where possible, but in the event of a requirement to remove your system off site, we will ensure you have a temporary solution to ensure continuity of services.
